 Len joined Lawson Lundell in March of 1999 after practicing in the tax group of another large Vancouver firm for over eight years. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Len was a software programmer.
Len's practice focuses on taxation. He advises both private and public clients primarily on transactional and corporate reorganizations. A large part of Len's practice involves working for clients that carry on business outside of Canada. Len provides advice to Canadian pension plans in connection with their acquisitions and divestments both inside and outside of Canada.
Len has also been involved in business succession planning for many individuals who own and manage their own business, including providing advice on employee stock options and shareholders agreements.
