Neil is a partner in our Corporate and Commercial Law Group. He has over 20 years experience in general business law matters, as well as major project work including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, construction and engineering and corporate governance and restructurings. Neil also works in the technology and licensing areas.
Throughout his career, Neil has been involved in the management of the firm and was previously the Managing Partner at Lawson Lundell and the head of our Business Law Services Group. Neil acts and has acted as a director and/or officer of a number of corporations, both public and private.
