In the banking and commercial lending area, Andrew has completed a number of financial transactions for a variety of lenders and a variety of borrowers. In particular, his recent assignments in this area include structuring, negotiating and documenting the terms of numerous Canadian and international multi-million dollar financing transactions on behalf of various types of lenders and borrowers (manufacturing, institutional, real estate and oil and gas).
In the commercial real estate area, Andrew acts for developers, pension funds, landlords, tenants, developers of health care infrastructure and cellular communication providers.
In the energy area, Andrew has experience relating to complex oil and gas title matters and the various agreements related to the exploitation of mineral interests and the negotiation of acquisition and divestiture transactions. In addition, he has acted for lenders and borrowers in relation to oil and gas financings.
