Our lawyers are experienced in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation and assisting clients in resolving commercial disputes using a combination of those tools.
Members of our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Group work with clients who are active in an increasingly complex, sophisticated and regulated marketplace, and who often seek our advice in resolving disputes in a regulatory as well as a commercial context.
Several of our lawyers have also acted as mediators and arbitrators to assist others to resolve disputes.
