Tolek has experience working for public and private companies on a variety of transactions, including asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, public and private offerings and various other corporate proceedings. He also works closely with senior counsel and clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including leasing, developments, acquisitions, dispositions and financing.

Tolek joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2007, became an articled student in 2008, and joined our Corporate and Commercial Law Group following the completion of his articles with the firm.
