Susan’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions involving both banks and private lenders. Her experience includes working on the acquisitions side of M&A transactions as well as on the lending side. Primarily she drafts agreements, handles personal property aspects and liaises with third parties to obtain additional information required to complete transactions.
Susan also assists clients with developing and financing commercial and residential real estate projects. In particular, she drafts documents ranging from covenants to leases, registers mortgages, reviews titles and manages other aspects of due diligence.
Prior to joining the firm, Susan was a judicial clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia from 2005-2006.
