Stephen acts in the acquisition, sale and financing of income producing commercial real estate, including shopping centres, offices, residential apartments and hotels, commercial, real estate, construction and lending transactions. He also represents developers and landlords of income producing commercial real estate. His clients include Canadian pension funds and Canadian chartered banks and financial institutions.
Stephen travels frequently in China.
