Lisa practices exclusively in the commercial real estate and development field. Her representative work includes acting as counsel for developers in connection with multi-family, retail, and mixed-use projects, including preparation of disclosure statements, presale purchase agreements, project marketing and closings for large developments in the lower mainland of BC, Victoria, and Scottsdale, AZ. Lisa also assists clients in regard to all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, including financing facilities and title issues, and provides advice with respect to various leasing matters, subdivisions, land assemblies, rezoning applications, and building and development permit approvals.
