John has a business law/commercial real estate practice. He acts on behalf of clients, public and private, who acquire, develop and sell shopping centres, residential and office complexes, hotel/recreation properties, as well as large multi-use urban projects.
John is experienced in negotiating agreements relating to the financing, project management, land use and leasing of real estate as well as developing and implementing clients’ strategic plans.
John is also experienced in dealing with investment structures including corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and joint ventures.
