Jill has a civil and commercial litigation practice focused primarily in the areas of commercial disputes, insurance defence and insurance coverage disputes, class actions, and construction litigation. She has 15 years of experience as counsel appearing in all levels of court, in arbitration and mediation, and negotiating settlements.
Jill has extensive experience acting for aquaculture, forestry and mining industry clients in environmental and aboriginal litigation matters including resource use and access disputes and injunctive remedies. She also has significant expertise with managing information and technology in complex multi-party litigation, including electronic discovery.
