Heather is a member of the firm’s legal research team. In her legal research practice, Heather researches and analyses the law and works with other members of the firm preparing opinions, pleadings and briefs on a broad range of subject areas including bankruptcy and insolvency law, corporate and commercial law, freedom of information and privacy law and public utilities law.
Prior to becoming a full time research lawyer, Heather practiced as a litigator focusing mainly on issues involving energy and regulated utilities and power marketers.
Before becoming a lawyer, Heather worked in various management, supervisory, and human resource positions in British Columbia’s healthcare industry.
